- To register you need a commission code.
- If you don't have a commission code, please contact your local Sanlam Manager
or Broker Consultant.
- Phone through your commission code to 0860 10 00 43.
- You will get a temporary password.
- Click on "Change password" on this page.
- Fill in user id (d + commission code e.g. d123456) and temporary password.
- You then select your own password.
Current users - process for changing your password
- Remember that your password is only valid for 31 days.
- We'll remind you 5 days prior to the expiry date when your
password renewal is due.
- You may then change your password.
- Your password will be revoked if you use the incorrect password three times
in a row.
- The security system will disallow the re-use of the same password for
13 cycles of 31 days.
