This service is only available to intermediaries.
Intermediaries who forget their passwords (not internal Sales support staff) or
have it revoked by entering an incorrect password three times in a row may now reset
their passwords themselves after hours.
- Simply enter your username (d + commission code e.g. d123456).
- Click on "Reset password".
- Sanlam will SMS you a new password.
- Once you've received your new password by SMS, please change the
password immediately because you will not be allowed to login again
with the SMS password.
